Pooja Srivastava ATN Network State Bank of India’s Sitapur Main Branch marked its 100th anniversary on January 9, 2026, with a grand celebration. The branch, established on January 9, 1926, has completed a century of dedicated service to the community.
The event was inaugurated by Shri Dipak Kumar De, Chief General Manager, Lucknow Circle, who also inaugurated the newly renovated B-Block of the branch. During the program, top customers and senior pensioners were felicitated for their long-standing association with the branch. PMJJY and PAI claim amounts were handed over to beneficiaries and a free health camp was inaugurated at the branch campus in association with MAX Hospital for customers and the local community.
Under CSR initiatives, Motorized tricycles, assistive devices, hearing aids, and Braille kits were distributed to those in need. Medical equipment was also provided to 20 delivery centers in Sitapur, in coordination with the CMO Office. A 1.5 km roadshow was held by RBO and branch staff to promote cyber security awareness and thank customers for their support.
Shri Dipak Kumar De remarked, “The 100-year milestone of Sitapur Main Branch reflects SBI’s commitment to customer service, community welfare, and innovation. We are grateful to our customers for their continued trust and support.”
The ceremony was attended by Shri Anil Kumar, General Manager, NW-I, Shri Dheeraj Kumar, DGM (Lucknow-West), Shri Dhirendra Mahe, DGM & CDO alongwith other staff members and customers.
