Calls for Dignity and Smooth Conduct of Assembly Proceedings

On the occasion of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature Budget Session 2026-27, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated a “Special Health Camp” at the Vidhan Bhavan premises in Lucknow for the benefit of honourable members. The initiative aims to ensure regular health check-ups and provide quality medical support so that legislators can actively participate in the proceedings.
During the inauguration, the Chief Minister emphasized that the well-being of public representatives is vital for the effective functioning of a democratic system. He noted that such health initiatives promote awareness and help in the early detection of potential medical conditions.
Through the media, CM Yogi appealed to all members to uphold the dignity of the House and contribute to conducting the budget session in a peaceful, orderly, and public-oriented manner. He stressed that strong democracies are built on healthy discussions, constructive debates, and meaningful policymaking.
The health camp is equipped with modern medical facilities, where a team of specialist doctors is carrying out comprehensive health screenings. Members are also being provided with professional medical advice and preventive care recommendations.
