59 Out of 71 Complaints Resolved on the Spot
Anytime News Network | “Dak Seva Samadhan Diwas” was organized at Lucknow GPO in the presence of Postmaster General, Headquarters Region, Lucknow, Mr. Sunil Kumar Rai. The initiative aims to strengthen grievance redressal and improve postal services across Lucknow region divisions including Ayodhya, Barabanki, Raebareli, and Sitapur.
During the session, 71 complaints from Lucknow district were received, out of which 59 were resolved immediately. The remaining cases will be addressed shortly with telephonic updates to the complainants.
In a notable case, a Kisan Vikas Patra death claim submitted on February 19 was approved within a day, and ₹11,46,874 was credited to the claimant’s GPO savings account.
Senior postal officials were present at the event.
