Punjab & Sind Bank celebrated its 118th Foundation Day with enthusiasm and purpose across the Lucknow Zone, reaffirming its commitment to social welfare, community engagement, and digital innovation. Under the visionary leadership of Swarup Saha, Managing Director & CEO, the Bank is taking bold steps toward inclusive growth and nationwide outreach.
As part of the celebrations in the Lucknow Zone, led by the Zonal Manager A N Singh:
• Water Coolers were donated to the Institutions in various district of UP Which is appreciated by them and assured their active support for the Bank’s future growth.
• Wheelchairs were donated as a symbol of care and compassion for senior citizens.
• A Plantation Drive was carried out by staff members of. Bank at various locations in Lucknow and other districts to promote environmental responsibility.
On this special occasion, it was also highlighted that under the dynamic leadership of MD & CEO Shri Swarup Saha, Punjab & Sind Bank is set to open new branches across unreached areas of the country, marking a significant milestone in expanding financial inclusion.
Additionally, the Bank is rapidly strengthening its digital offerings. New-age services launched or being scaled up include:
• PSB Digital Vehicle Loan/PSB Digital Housing Loan
/ PSB Digital Kisan Credit Card (KCC)
and PSB Digital MSME Loan scheme.
• PSB UNIC – Unified Customer Interface which provide bunch of banking services in one touch.
Speaking on the occasion, the Zonal Manager A N Singh, Lucknow said,
“Our Foundation Day is not just a tribute to the Bank’s glorious history, but also a reflection of our commitment to serve underprivileged of our society with innovation and compassion. With strong leadership and a dedicated team, we are poised to reach greater heights.”
