Sattvik Cuisine Takes Center Stage

At Aviyaan Luxe Serenity, a special Navratri Food Conclave was organized by “Ministry of Cuisine,” attracting food enthusiasts from across the city. The event celebrated the essence of traditional sattvik cuisine with a modern touch.
The conclave showcased a wide range of fasting delicacies prepared with purity and health in mind. Visitors enjoyed dishes made from ingredients like sabudana, kuttu flour, and singhara flour, along with specially curated fruit-based meals and desserts.
Speaking on the occasion, hotel Asst. F&B Manager Events and club operation Prasoon Singh said that the objective of the conclave was to reconnect people with the richness of Indian sattvik food traditions while presenting them in a contemporary style. He emphasized that with growing awareness about healthy eating, such initiatives are becoming increasingly relevant.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with visitors appreciating both the taste and presentation of the dishes. High standards of hygiene and quality were maintained throughout the event.
