Karmayogi Mission Boosts Skills at RCF Raebareli: ‘Sadhana Week’ Enhances Workforce Efficiency

The Modern Coach Factory Raebareli successfully organized a week-long “Sadhana Week” from April 2 to 8, 2026, under the Karmayogi Mission, guided by General Manager Vivek Khare and led by Chief Personnel Officer Rupesh Srivastava. Employees and officers participated actively in the initiative.
During the review session, Chief Design Engineer Kuldeep Singh highlighted the revenue structure and modernization plans of Indian Railways, emphasizing freight dominance and ongoing initiatives like Amrit Station Mission, Gati Shakti, and hydrogen train development.
A series of webinars covered topics such as predictive maintenance, smart coaches, environmental sustainability, HRMS, Vande Bharat production, and forging technology, enhancing employees’ technical knowledge.
Participants also completed multiple training courses exceeding four hours and received certifications, leading to a significant improvement in their efficiency and professional capabilities.
