: In a highly disturbing case of structural forgery and white-collar crime in the medical education sector, the Ghazipur Police have registered a criminal FIR against Dr. Amod Kumar Sachan and his wife, Richa Mishra. The penal action was initiated following an executive order by the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate (Customs), acting on a formal complaint lodged by Malay Mohan, Branch Manager (Vice President) at RBL Bank, Indira Nagar.

Fabrication of Trust Deed to Evict Legitimate Trustees Unearthed The dark operational modalities of ‘Hind Charitable Trust’ surfaced during an internal audit. The accused duo, running prestigious setups like Hind Institute of Medical Sciences (Safedabad, Barabanki & Ataria, Sitapur), opening bank corporate accounts by placing self-attested fake credentials. Following mandatory protocols, RBL Bank’s central headquarters suspended operations across all corporate accounts mapped to the Trust’s PAN card, placing them under strict ‘No-Debit’ restrictions.
