Alliance Buzz ‘Fake’, Clarifies on Type-8 Bungalow
Anytime News Network: BSP chief Mayawati categorically denied reports suggesting that the party would contest the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections in alliance. She termed such speculation as “fake and misleading.”
Referring to her earlier announcement on October 9, 2025, during the death anniversary of BSP founder Kanshi Ram, she reiterated that the party is committed to fighting the 2027 elections independently.
She accused rival parties of spreading misinformation and urged party workers to remain focused on strengthening the organization. Taking a swipe at Congress, SP, and BJP, she alleged that their ideological stance has historically opposed the vision of B. R. Ambedkar.
Addressing controversy over her Type-8 bungalow allotment in Delhi, Mayawati said the residence was provided on security grounds, recalling the 1995 Lucknow State Guest House incident. She emphasized that politicizing the issue is unwarranted.
Calling upon Ambedkarite supporters nationwide, she urged them to stay united and work towards rebuilding a majority BSP government in Uttar Pradesh.
