India Advances Towards Telecom Revolution with Indigenous 4G, BSNL to Drive Digital Growth

Deputy Chief Minister केशव प्रसाद मौर्य stated that India is तेजी advancing towards a communication revolution powered by indigenous technology. Highlighting Prime Minister नरेंद्र मोदी’s “Make in India” initiative, he emphasized that the launch of indigenous 4G services marks a historic step towards self-reliance.
Speaking at the BSNL Officers’ Association Central Executive Committee meeting held at भूतनाथ टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज, Maurya noted that भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड has the potential to emerge as a leading telecom provider in the country.
He stressed that with robust infrastructure and strategic execution, BSNL can strengthen its position and regain public trust. Affordable, accessible, and high-quality telecom services must remain a priority, he added.
Maurya further pointed out that indigenous technology will not only reduce dependency on foreign systems but also generate employment, boost startups, and strengthen cybersecurity. However, he underlined the need for sustained investment in research, innovation, and global competitiveness.
Rajya Sabha MP बृज लाल and senior BSNL officials were also present at the event, where a memorandum was submitted to the Deputy Chief Minister by the association.
