‘Dhanak Swadeshi Band’ Adds Musical Charm to the Vibrant Community Gathering

The Agarwal community of Lucknow celebrated a vibrant Holi Milan and cultural evening on Friday at Golden Celebration Lawn in Mahanagar. The grand event witnessed the participation of more than 400 community members, reflecting strong social bonding and festive spirit.

The ceremony began with a traditional tribute to Maharaja Agrasen, the revered icon of the Agarwal community. The inauguration was marked by garlanding the portrait of Maharaja Agrasen and performing a collective aarti by MLA Neeraj Bora, MLC Ashok Agarwal, Chief Patron Suresh Agarwal, President Avdhesh Agarwal, and Vice President and Program Convener Bharat Bhushan Gupta, along with other office bearers of the organization.

One of the major highlights of the evening was the musical performance by the ‘Dhanak Swadeshi Band’, led by renowned artist Sheelu Srivastava. The band’s melodious and energetic tunes created an electrifying atmosphere and kept the audience engaged throughout the event.

Adding a devotional touch to the celebration, a captivating Radha–Krishna tableau and dance performance was presented, which mesmerized the audience and brought a spiritual charm to the festivities.

The event concluded with the traditional and symbolic celebration of “Phoolon Ki Holi” (Holi with flowers), where members of the community joyfully participated and shared festive greetings with each other.

Prominent members of the Agarwal community actively participated in the event, including Chief Patron Suresh Agarwal, President Avdhesh Agarwal, General Secretary Pawan Agarwal, Treasurer Mahesh Mittal, Vice President and Program Convener Bharat Bhushan Gupta, and Sunil Agarwal ‘Sonu’, among others.

Guests from various Agarwal community organizations across Lucknow also attended the celebration, adding to the grandeur of the event.

The program concluded with a community dinner where attendees enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes and traditional delicacies, making the evening a memorable celebration of culture, unity and festive joy.
