LUCKNOW. In an era where mental well-being is increasingly becoming a critical part of overall human health, a commendable community initiative took place in the capital city. Moving forward with a mission to eradicate social taboos associated with psychological disorders, the ‘Mind Healer Foundation’ successfully organized a grand, free mental health awareness and counseling camp in Lucknow on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
The camp witnessed an overwhelming response. During the interactive sessions, attendees openly discussed various sensitive psychological issues that are often ignored due to social conditioning. The major concerns raised by the participants centered around clinical stress, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, and growing behavioral complexities in modern personal relationships.
Dr. Aarti Shukla, the President of the Mind Healer Foundation, personally evaluated every individual’s concerns with immense empathy. She addressed the root causes of their struggles and provided them with scientifically backed solutions, behavioral therapies, and structured counseling. Dr. Shukla emphasized that addressing psychological issues at an early stage through expert intervention can prevent chronic mental ailments and help individuals lead a balanced life.
The event was smoothly managed in the presence of the foundation’s Vice President Amit Kumar, along with Mrs. Shiv Kumari Shukla, Mr. Ashish Singh, and other dedicated volunteers. Reflecting on the camp’s massive success, the core members stated that spreading continuous awareness about mental hygiene is the cornerstone of building a resilient and healthy society. The foundation pledged to regularly host similar free diagnostic and diagnostic counseling camps in coming days also.
