CTTC Bhubaneswar Empowers Over 8,000 Engineering Students Through Flagship Summer Internship Programme 2026

In a stellar push toward industry-grade technical education, the Central Tool Room & Training Centre (CTTC), Bhubaneswar, under the Ministry of MSME, successfully concluded its four-week Summer Internship Training Programme for May and June 2026. The initiative provided hands-on, industry-oriented training to 8,083 engineering students hailing from 22 States and Union Territories, alongside 26 international students from Sudan and Yemen.

Designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and industrial practice, the programme drew enthusiastic participation from premier institutions including IITs, NITs, and polytechnic colleges. Young minds received specialized training across 39 core and emerging technology domains.

Key Highlights: With 3,193 students in Mechanical, 2,209 in Electronics, and 1,948 in IT & Software—complemented by high participation in Artificial Intelligence and IoT—the initiative remarkably sharpened India’s future engineering workforce.

As CTTC Bhubaneswar continues to reinforce its stature as a premier training institution, this landmark programme sets a benchmark for empowering global youth with cutting-edge technical competence and enhanced employability.
