The 35th birth anniversary celebration of B. R. Ambedkar was observed with enthusiasm at Buddha Vihar, New Gautam Buddha Park in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. The event witnessed the presence of Uttar Pradesh’s Urban Development and Energy Minister Arvind Kumar Sharma as the chief guest, who highlighted the relevance of Ambedkar’s vision in modern India’s growth journey.

Addressing the gathering, Sharma stated that Dr. Ambedkar’s vision of an inclusive and empowered nation continues to guide India’s progress through its Constitution. He linked this vision to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s goal of transforming India into a developed nation by 2047, emphasizing that the country is steadily moving in that direction.

The minister also addressed local civic concerns, assuring residents of Indira Nagar, Faizullaganj, and nearby areas that issues related to sewer systems and urban infrastructure would be resolved on priority. He specifically promised the replacement of old sewer lines in Indira Nagar to improve living conditions.

BJP worker Shah Awas Hussain mentioned that he actively collects public grievances and presents them to the minister for prompt resolution. Meanwhile, organizational head Hemant Kumar Mor appreciated the minister’s regular visits and commitment to addressing grassroots issues.

Lucknow MLA O. P. Srivastava also attended the event and felicitated girls who recently passed board examinations, encouraging them to strive for excellence.

The program saw participation from party members and officials across multiple districts, including Agra, Gorakhpur, Mau, Kannauj, Unnao, Kanpur Nagar, and Kanpur Dehat, making it a significant regional gathering.
