Anytime News Network The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, inaugurated the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Exhibition & Conference 2026 on 11 January 2026 at Marwadi University, Rajkot. The exhibition and conference are being held from 11 January to 15 January 2026. On this occasion, the Prime Minister stated that Vibrant Gujarat is not merely an event, but a reflection of modern India’s journey of development, and that the platform plays a significant role in strengthening industry, innovation and an Atmanirbhar Bharat.
A large number of visitors were recorded at the RDSO pavilion, including industry representatives, technology providers, startups, academic institutions and other stakeholders. RDSO officials interacted extensively with visitors and industry partners, sharing information on Indian Railways’ technical standards, approval processes, research initiatives and emerging requirements.
The key objective of RDSO’s participation in the event is to expand and strengthen the vendor base of Indian Railways by encouraging wider industry participation, promoting indigenisation, and enabling new and innovative suppliers, particularly MSMEs and startups to align with Indian Railways’ requirements and standards.
