🟥 Police Files FIR After Probe
Anytime News Network . A serious case of alleged hooliganism and illegal encroachment has surfaced from Kundri Rakabganj area of Lucknow. An elderly woman, Mrs. Jaya Shekhar, wife of late Shri Vidhu Shekhar and resident of house no. 255/390-F, accused her neighbour of attempting to forcibly occupy her property.
According to the complaint, neighbour Mrs. Mohini Gupta, along with her husband Rajan Gupta, deliberately demolished the plastered wall of the victim’s house with the intention of creating a forced passage and grabbing the property. The sudden act left the elderly woman terrified and helpless.
Mrs. Jaya Shekhar immediately approached Pandeyganj Police Outpost and informed the police about the incident. Acting swiftly, police reached the spot, assessed the situation and found the act to be prima facie illegal. Both parties were summoned to the police station for questioning.
After hearing both sides, the Station House Officer held Mohini Gupta and her husband guilty of intentionally damaging the wall and attempting illegal encroachment. An FIR has been registered against them, and further legal action has been assured to the complainant.
Locals allege that the accused woman frequently engages in disputes and disturbs peace in the neighbourhood. It is also alleged that she argued with police officials during the intervention, displaying fearlessness towards law enforcement.
While the state government claims strict law and order under the Chief Minister’s leadership, such incidents raise concerns about the audacity of habitual troublemakers. However, the prompt police action in this case has reinforced public faith in the justice system.
