Affordable Physiotherapy Service Launched in Lucknow Hospital

In a move aimed at making healthcare more accessible for common citizens, Maharaja Agrasen Dharamarth Chikitsalaya in Motinagar, Lucknow, has launched a special physiotherapy service starting May 15, 2026. The hospital announced that patients can now avail physiotherapy treatment at a nominal fee of just ₹100, providing significant relief to middle-class and economically weaker sections.
According to the hospital administration, both male and female physiotherapists will be available to ensure comfort and convenience for patients. The physiotherapy unit will operate daily from 5 PM to 9 PM. In addition, the hospital is also offering up to 50 percent discount on pathology tests, making diagnostic services more affordable for patients seeking regular treatment.
The charitable hospital already provides medical consultation and medicines at a highly subsidized rate of only ₹20 per prescription slip. Hospital authorities stated that the institution has continuously focused on affordable and accessible healthcare for all sections of society.
Sudhish Garg, Media In-Charge of Agarwal Shiksha Sansthan, said the newly launched physiotherapy service is part of the institution’s broader effort to expand quality healthcare services for the public. He added that the organization remains committed to public welfare initiatives in the future as well.
Several dignitaries and office bearers attended the launch event, including Chairman Vijay Kumar Agarwal, Co-Chairmen Vinod Kumar Agarwal and Tejendra Prakash Haveliya, along with other prominent members and doctors associated with the institution. Guests appreciated the initiative and described it as a meaningful step toward social welfare and affordable healthcare accessibility in the city.
