According to sources within the Ayush Directorate, Siddiqui’s influence reportedly extends from the ministry level to administrative decision-making inside the directorate. Employees allege that many officials remain reluctant to challenge him because of his deep-rooted network and alleged control over departmental affairs.
The controversy intensified after claims surfaced that Siddiqui openly boasts about his role in influencing senior appointments within the department. Allegations circulating in administrative circles suggest that he claims to have “installed” key officials and therefore continues to enjoy unchecked power even after retirement.
