Lucknow: The second day of the three-day OCA Expo 2026, organized by the Awadh Caterers Association (OCA), witnessed an overwhelming response from caterers, hospitality professionals, entrepreneurs, and suppliers from across Uttar Pradesh. The event emerged as one of the state’s largest business networking platforms, bringing together the entire catering and hospitality ecosystem under one roof.o
More than 150 exhibition stalls showcased the latest innovations in commercial kitchen equipment, food service technology, event décor, packaging solutions, hospitality products, and business services. Exhibitors from Delhi, Meerut, Panipat, and several other cities displayed cutting-edge products, attracting significant interest from visitors. Caterers from different districts placed business orders and confirmed multiple bookings, reflecting strong commercial momentum throughout the expo.
Addressing the gathering, Ajay Tikkha, President of the Awadh Caterers Association (Uttar Pradesh), emphasized that OCA Expo 2026 is much more than an exhibition; it is a mission to unite the entire catering and hospitality industry of Uttar Pradesh on a common platform. He said the industry’s real strength lies in unity, innovation, collaboration, and collective leadership. According to him, the association is committed to creating new business opportunities while positioning Uttar Pradesh’s catering industry on the national map.

The event also featured insightful sessions on industry growth, emerging technologies, business expansion, organizational development, and future opportunities. Advocate Ratnesh Chandra, the keynote speaker, highlighted the importance of legal awareness among entrepreneurs. He urged business owners to remain conscious of both their legal rights and responsibilities while strengthening organizational discipline and collective leadership for sustainable growth.
Saket Kesarwani, a member of OCA, described the expo as an excellent platform for connecting businesses with new markets, advanced technologies, and strategic partnerships. He noted that such initiatives significantly contribute to the professional growth of the catering and hospitality sector.
Speaking on the occasion, Shiv Ajwani, Vice President of OCA, expressed confidence that the association would soon emerge as a model organization for the catering and hospitality industry across India by promoting professionalism, innovation, and industry-wide collaboration.
The concluding day of the expo, scheduled for July 19, will feature the felicitation of distinguished traders and entrepreneurs from various districts, along with discussions on future industry initiatives and collaborative growth.
