State Takmil-ut-Tib College Celebrates Thesis Submission Ceremony
Research Excellence, Academic Commitment and Future Innovation Take Centre Stage

A significant milestone in academic excellence was achieved at State Takmil-ut-Tib College & Hospital, Lucknow, as the Postgraduate Department of Niswaan wa Qabalat organized the Thesis Submission Ceremony for its Founder Batch (2022). The event celebrated the successful completion of research by the department’s first postgraduate scholars, reinforcing the institution’s growing commitment to quality medical research in the field of Unani medicine.
A Landmark Academic Achievement
The ceremony commenced with a cake-cutting celebration followed by a symbolic signing ceremony, reflecting the completion of an important academic journey. Research scholar Aman Kulsum Naseem conducted the event, while faculty members from all fourteen academic departments attended the occasion.
Three Scholars Complete Their Research Journey
Research scholars Nawazisha, Rushda Fatima, and Sumbul Alam successfully submitted their theses, marking the department’s first major postgraduate research accomplishment. The scholars shared their academic experiences, expressed gratitude to the faculty, and pledged to continue contributing to evidence-based healthcare research.
Principal Appreciates Faculty Leadership
Principal Prof. Abdul Qavi congratulated the department and highly appreciated the dedication of Prof. Maniram Singh, Head of Department, and Dr. Maryam Rukaiyya for mentoring the students and strengthening the institution’s research culture. He emphasized that quality research remains the cornerstone of medical excellence.

Chief Guest Dr. Abdul Qudoos Hashmi, Secretary of Maulana Azad Memorial Academy, Lucknow, congratulated the scholars and remarked that thesis submission marks the beginning of a lifelong research journey. He also praised Prof. Maniram Singh for facilitating specialized clinical training at Lok Bandhu Shri Raj Narayan Hospital, enabling students to bridge academic learning with practical healthcare exposure.
