In a compassionate and highly impactful move, the Uttar Pradesh government has brought a wave of joy to the outsourced employees working tirelessly within the UP Transport Corporation (UPSRTC). Recognizing their hard work and dedication, the state has announced a 5% increase in their honorarium.
The State Minister of Transport (Independent Charge), Shri Dayashankar Singh, shared this wonderful news, confirming that the hike applies to outsourced personnel, including Computer Operators, Accountant-cum-Tally Operators, and Programmers. Adding to the festive cheer, this well-deserved increment will be effective immediately, rolling out from the month of July.
A Commitment to Employee Welfare: Explaining the structured benefits, the Minister highlighted that the Transport Corporation has a highly supportive policy in place. According to this framework, outsourced employees receive a guaranteed annual hike of 10%. This is systematically divided into two phases—a 5% increase in January and another 5% in July. The current announcement fulfills the government’s promise for the July cycle.
