More than 1,500 people participated; 1,275 women received special gifts while children won hearts with energetic performances

. The Shri Agrawal Sabha Lucknow, an organisation established in 1939, hosted a grand Teej celebration that concluded with vibrant participation, cultural enthusiasm and a strong sense of community. More than 1,500 men, women and children participated in the celebration, making the event a memorable gathering for the Agrawal community.
The programme was attended by noted social worker and Managing Director of DP Bora Group, Mrs. Bindu Bora, as the chief guest. She formally inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp, setting the tone for an evening filled with celebration, entertainment and cultural activities.
The event was coordinated by Surabhi Agrawal (Trimurti) along with her dedicated team. A range of engaging activities and games were organised to make the Teej celebration lively and enjoyable. Popular activities including Teej celebrations, Tambola and Teej Baby attracted enthusiastic participation from members of the community.
One of the major highlights of the programme was the distribution of attractive gifts to 1,275 women. The gesture added excitement to the celebration and made the women participants an important part of the festivities.

Children also played a significant role in the event. Their energetic and impressive performances received enthusiastic applause from the audience. The young participants were also presented with gifts as encouragement for their talent and participation.
Guests and participants also enjoyed delicious food arranged during the event. The combination of traditional festivities, entertainment, cultural performances, games and community interaction created a lively atmosphere throughout the programme.

The Shri Agrawal Sabha stated that such community programmes play an important role in bringing families together, strengthening social bonds and connecting younger generations with cultural traditions. The Teej celebration reflected this spirit by combining tradition, women’s participation, family entertainment and community unity.
