The historic Gurudwara Alambagh in Lucknow witnessed vibrant celebrations on the auspicious occasion of the First Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. The sacred event drew a large gathering of devotees who assembled to offer prayers, listen to divine hymns, and seek spiritual blessings.
The spiritual proceedings were elevated by the soulful kirtan performed by Gurudwara Alambagh’s Hazuri Ragi, Bhai Mehtab Singh Ji, who mesmerized the congregation with a poignant rendition of “Bani Guru, Guru Hai Bani.” His melodious recitation immersed the entire shrine in an atmosphere of sublime devotion and peace.
Following the religious ceremonies, traditional Guru ka Langar was served to all attendees. The Gurudwara Committee extended warm greetings to the community on this holy milestone. Prominent service-seekers and committee members including Trilok Singh, Ratpal Singh Goldy, Harjeet Singh Sarla, Rajendra Singh Raju, Iqbal Singh, Charanjeet Singh Channa, Paramjeet Singh, Harmahinder Singh, and Manmohan Singh were present to oversee the successful execution of the programme.
