Reinforcing its unwavering commitment to community welfare and grassroots development, the State Bank of India (SBI) has taken a monumental leap forward. During his official visit to the Lucknow circle, SBI Managing Director Shri Ravi Ranjan formally handed over a generous financial contribution of ₹25.00 lakh under the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to the Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, Lucknow.
The allocated funds will be strategically utilized to upgrade and modernize 10 primary government schools across Lucknow. This transformative initiative aims to strengthen the foundational educational ecosystem, providing young learners with an enriched, progressive, and conducive learning environment. Speaking on the momentous occasion, Shri Ravi Ranjan emphasized that this investment paves the way for strengthening the academic sector, fostering holistic child development, and driving higher literacy rates.
The high-profile event witnessed the esteemed presence of key banking leadership, including Chief General Manager Shri Dipesh Raj, General Manager Shri Vimal Kishore, General Manager-I Shri Rajeev Kumar, and General Manager-III Shri Kaushalendra Kumar, alongside other senior officials of SBI Lucknow Circle. Shri Harshvardhan Agarwal, Founder and Managing Trustee of Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, graciously accepted the contribution on behalf of the organization.
