Veteran Journalist Syed Afzal Ali Shah Moududi Honoured in Lucknow

Eminent journalist and editor Syed Afzal Ali Shah Moududi was honoured with a Journalist Award by the People’s Justice Party at a special ceremony held in Lucknow. The award was presented in recognition of his commitment to truthful, fearless, and honest journalism over the last three decades.

With nearly 35 years of experience in the media industry, Mr. Moududi has served as editor for several reputed publications including Telematics India, Politics India, and Nations and the World, all published from New Delhi. He also contributed significantly to Isma Times and Milli Gazette, earning recognition for his balanced reporting and editorial leadership.
During the ceremony, party leaders stated that his dedication to factual reporting and unbiased journalism has inspired many young journalists across the country. His contribution to the field of media was described as both remarkable and socially impactful.
It was also highlighted that Mr. Moududi received journalism training under legendary editor and writer Khushwant Singh, whose influence helped shape his editorial vision and journalistic integrity.
