The meeting was held at the Export Bhavan in Kaiserbagh and focused on the progress of schemes and budget utilization for the financial year 2025–26.
During the meeting, the minister directed officials to ensure maximum utilization of the allocated budget before the end of the financial year. He emphasized that delays or negligence in implementing schemes would not be tolerated and that all targets must be achieved within the stipulated timeline. Officials informed that the process of utilizing the remaining budget is currently underway and efforts are being made to complete it by March 31.
The meeting also reviewed the progress of the Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana, which aims to provide training and modern toolkits to traditional artisans. Officials reported that under the self-employment scheme, a large number of young beneficiaries have received bank loans and margin money support to start their own businesses.
The minister also instructed officials to accelerate the development of industrial estates, cluster parks and Unity Mall projects across the state. He noted that strengthening industrial infrastructure will create more employment opportunities and open new avenues for local entrepreneurs.
Sachan stated that under the leadership of Yogi Adityanath, the state government remains committed to promoting micro, small and medium enterprises and encouraging youth entrepreneurship.
