She guided the gathered staff members through various yogic postures (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama), and meditation techniques, highlighting their benefits for overall physical and mental well-being. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Dhirendra Mahe, Deputy General Manager & Circle Development Officer, emphasized the deep impact of yoga on daily life. Addressing the gathering, he stated: “When we take care of ourselves through yoga, we are better equipped to serve our family, society, and organization.” The event witnessed active and energetic participation from Deputy General Managers and numerous other staff members.
