Shifting Gears to Smart Work: MCF Experts Train Officials on Cloud Tech, Cyber Security, and Workplace Productivity!

In a major push towards modernization and efficiency, the Official Language Department of the Modern Coach Factory (MCF), Raebareli, successfully organized a high-impact technical workshop today. The seminar, centered on the theme “Effective Use of Digital Tools in Office Work,” witnessed enthusiastic participation from various government department representatives under the Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC), Raebareli.
The keynote speaker of the workshop, Utkarsh Ojha (Work Manager, MCF), delivered an insightful session on how cutting-edge technology is redefining modern administration. Mr. Ojha emphasized that in today’s fast-paced digital era, comprehensive knowledge and practical application of digital applications are absolutely crucial for executing official tasks smoothly. “Digital technologies not only save highly critical operational time but also significantly elevate the overall quality and transparency of work,” he stated.
During the hands-on workshop, Mr. Ojha gave exhaustive demonstrations of various vital rail-portals and corporate management software, including the E-Office system, IRPS, UDM, Parichay, and SPARROW. Moving ahead with contemporary trends, the session also trained participants in the effective usage of corporate emails, cloud computing for secure online data storage, Google Docs, advanced AI tools, and crucial cyber security protocols. The attendees were given live practical demonstrations to ensure they could seamless implement these productivity-enhancing software tools in their daily desk routines.
The event was graced by top railway brass, including Ramesh Chandra (Chief Official Language Officer), Abhinav Yadav (Deputy Chief Official Language Officer), and Rakesh Ranjan (Official Language Officer), alongside a large gathering of railway officers and staff.
