Hundreds of leaders and workers from Congress, the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD), and other political groups also joined the party during the event in Lucknow.

Chandrashekhar Azad reiterated that the Azad Samaj Party is preparing aggressively for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. He emphasized issues including restoration of the Old Pension Scheme (OPS), police reforms, education, employment, and social justice.

Dr. Masood Ahmad has served as an MLA, Uttar Pradesh Education Minister, and former State President of the RLD. After joining the party, he said the Azad Samaj Party offers the strongest platform to carry forward the vision of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Kanshi Ram, while strengthening constitutional values and Bahujan unity.
