Lucknow — The oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected office bearers of the SGPGI Employees Federation was successfully held at the Shruti Auditorium, along with a felicitation event for newly appointed staff. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees and senior officials of the institute.
Chief Election Officer T.S. Negi administered the oath to all पदाधिकारियों. Dharmesh Kumar assumed charge as President, while Seema Shukla took over as General Secretary. Other key पदों were also filled, marking the formation of a new leadership team.
Addressing the gathering, the newly elected leaders assured employees that long-pending issues would be addressed on priority. Key concerns include resolving problems arising from standardization policies, ensuring emergency bed availability for staff, priority treatment in OPD, and conducting Departmental Promotion Committees (DPC) twice a year for timely promotions.
The leadership also emphasized improving residential maintenance, strengthening security, providing proper parking facilities, and establishing staff canteens across all buildings. These measures aim to enhance overall working conditions and employee welfare.
Senior officials, including medical administrators and representatives of various employee groups, were present during the event, showing institutional support for the new team.
With high expectations from staff, all eyes are now on how effectively the new leadership delivers on its promises.
