The Indian Industries Association (IIA), one of India’s leading organizations representing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), has appointed Ritesh Srivastava, Director of Salax Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., as the Chairman of the IIA AYUSH Subject Committee for the 2026–27 term.

Ritesh Srivastava heads Salax Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., a homeopathic medicines manufacturing company based in the Sarojini Nagar Industrial Area, Lucknow. His extensive industry experience and active engagement with the MSME ecosystem are expected to strengthen policy dialogue, innovation, and industrial collaboration within the AYUSH sector.
